Decided to not have it in person

Though you did want the remote to be in your person, yet you didn't feel the need for it as you wanted to only spend time with your best friend Linda. You felt like you didn't want to be distracted by anything else, somehow you only wanted to enjoy the night with Linda, it was like you have been looking forward to today for quite a while.

Also since **** will be involved today it was best to not take the remote with you, so you decided to store the remote in your (Catherin's) car for the time being. Since the car will be in Linda's garage, it was safer that way. You exited the bathroom and as Linda saw you come into the living room she got off her seat told you to make yourself comfortable as she walked towards the bathroom to freshen up.

As Linda reached for the door handle, you told her that you would park your car in their garage. Linda said "Alright" as she nodded in agreement and entered the bathroom.

You walked towards the adjacent door by the front door entrance, as you opened the door you were in Linda's garage. It was a spacious garage with ample space for two cars to be stored comfortably, since Linda's husband was often on business trips they had only one car. You walked towards the garage controls, pressed the door button and as the shutter door began to open you slid past the opening door.

You got in your (Catherin's) car, started up the engine and began to park the car in Linda's garage. Once the car was parked, as decided you placed the remote in the cars glove compartment.

You got off the car, closed the garage and returned to Linda's living room and took a seat on the couch once again...
