Harley Quinn

Oracle has advised her multiple times that she doesn’t have any solid experience in dealing with the Joker and so she’s limited on missions when the clown is on a certain spree. But Cassandra sees an opportunity to gain some experience: Harley Quinn.

Listening in on conversations about her and her experiences with Joker in combination of Cassandra watching footage of her. She sees that if she can bring in Harley on her own then she not only will gain much need experience for a very likely future encounter with Joker but she’ll also get to test out her new takedown techniques she’s been studying.

Talking may still be a hurdle for her but vocal practices and the bat computer ability to understand her rough speaking patterns was enough to find her new studies on Batman’s personal files. New restriction methods that leave the captive open to strikes to the rear which makes them less resistant and more willing to talk when they are questioned. Something that Cassandra studied greatly after Batman was done using it especially when he returns from one of his many encounters with Catwoman.

The main thing that confused Cassandra is how different the uniforms that officers wear in those research videos and the ones the GD wears. Probably a sign of the massive difference between skill levels of the two teams that is the reason for why one wears thin form fitting suits to tear off while the other wears more heavy clothing.

Regardless, tonight her assignment is clear: find Harley Quinn and use these techniques to bring her in.
